NORMATECA LLC respects intellectual property and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Notice

Send a written notice to our Designated Agent at ip@parronlaw.com including: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notice & Repeat Infringers

If your material was removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information. NORMATECA LLC will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
